This lovely hotel has a wonderful history, having originally been a Caravanserai. İn the past it served The Caravans overnight, and is now serving those want to stay somewhere a little bit different. The complex has been restored according to the original plan, and still has a taste of Ottoman and Seljukian architecture and atmosphere.

     The Caravanserai is located right in the city centre, by the Marina, and has only 26 rooms, all of which still carry their original names.

     The rooms are almost as they originally were, if you can pass over such modern details as air conditioning and a private bathroom! One of the loveliest and most distinctive features is the original fireplace in each room. The rooms' decoration is also wonderfully traditional and very effective.

     The Caravanserai has a wonderful green courtyard that also serves for meals during the day. The courtyard is well known for its Traditional Turkish nights held here 3 times a week. A stay here for those craving some culture is a must, the hotel is a great place to experience a Caravanserai Atmosphere with modern facilities. Everything here is designed to give guests a comfortable stay, and the chance to experience some true turkish history.
