Efes Hotels > Nazhan Hotel Nazhan Hotel
Special Class
Located
in Selçuk by the basilica of St. Jean, this hotel was opened in 1997. The building
itself, though, is over 100 years old according to offical records. The building
went through heavy restoration work before it was reopened. The Atmosphere is
unbelievably warm and welcoming. The
place is very small, but every corner has its designated use. The hotel has 4
lovely rooms with private bathroom, and rooms with air conditioning are available.
The rooms are very attractive, and decorated in a traditional way. The
garden is also small, but very pretty. The garden has is heavily decorated with
valuable antique pieces. . The terrace is also lovely, with a small bar, and some
wonderful seating.
This
hotel is probably one of, if not the, smallest in Turkey, which gives it an atmosphere
of a home rather than a hotel. Guests will love the wonderful friendly hospitality
here. Those after luxury might be disappointed here, but for those after comfort
and atmosphere, it will be perfect.

Dear
OzzY: I just wanted to let you know that my partner and I had a wonderful time
the two days that we stayed at the Nazhan guesthouse in Selcuk. The innkeepers
were warm and hospitable and they have a lovely little house that is charming
and comfortable. Our stay was a wonderful short break from the "big city"
of Istanbul. Thanks so much for your help in making this part of our trip a
great experience.
Best Regards, Jeremy Fong |
