At A Glance This
is a lovely little town nestled along the river which leads out to some lovely
beaches. İt is a place where you might be able to catch a glimpse of the famous
Caretta caretta, the ancient sea turtle.
There
are a lot of pensions and small comfortable hotels here, many resting on the banks
of the river, and within walking distance of the town centre. From the hotels
you can catch one of the regularly running boats to either the beach, or to the
mud baths or hot springs. As you go along the river you can also see some rock
tombs and other ancient ruins.
The
town centre is full of wonderful restaurants, quite a few bars, and some great
shopping. This is a town a little bit different, a short distance away from the
coast, it does not get so crowded, but still has plenty to see and do, while being
easily accessible to some beautiful sandy beaches. |
