Situated
within Avanos, this lovely little hotel is constructed with an
amazing similarity to an underground city. Winding stone stairwells
and pathways connectıng the rooms, make the whole place somewhat
of an adventure.
Decorated
beautifully with wonderful old artifacts and traditional pieces,
the Sofa is a more than pleasant way to spend some time in Cappadocia.
You enter the hotel at an open courtyard with a bar, while the
restaurant is a few metres away, with both indoor and outdoor
seating, and of course with all traditional fittings.
The
rooms are spacious and comfortable, all with their own ensuite
facilities and kept at a lovely temperature thanks to the entire
hotel being carved from the stone.
