What & How We Did it?

     Welcome to www.turkeyandistanbulhotels.com, the following pages are a selection of hotels that we personally visited during the Summer of 2002 for turkey and istanbul hotels .com.

     We have done something a little bit different with our web page, instead of just describing where the hotels are, and their offered facilities, we have tried to give an impression of the atmosphere you will find there. Something we believe to be very important for when people are making the decision of where they will spend their holidays.

     We have selected a wide range of hotels, from budget accommodations to high quality hotels, we have also included many of Turkey's Special Class hotels, a unique part of this country's accommodations.

     We truly believe that something for everybody can be found in the following pages. Whether you are coming to Turkey for business or pleasure, and whatever the size of your party or family, we are sure that there is a hotel here suited to you.

     Turkey is a wonderfully diverse country, each region has its own distinctiveness and quality. It has some of the most beautiful coastline you could find, and the inner country has fascinating rock formations and architecture found nowhere else in the world. There are also fabulous ruins located all over the entire country.

     Tourism has grown enormously here over the last few years, and the people have adapted fantastically with this growing industry. Without destroying any of the things which make Turkey such a desirable destination, the Turkish people have built some wonderful hotels to accommodate this influx of visitors to their country every year.

     Many of the hotels are in new and modern complexes, especially along the coast, but there are also a good number to be found in converted houses and other buildings. There are some especially beautiful cave hotels located in Cappadocia, the centre of the country, and staying in any of these is a truly wonderful and unique experience.
